On this page, you can read about the necessary steps for you to get going.
Caution, the plugin is currently only available in German and designed for the German health and safety regulations.
To use this plugin properly, you need the Communardo Metadata plugin, the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence Plugin and the iQUAMS Metadata Extensions before you begin the installation.
Before you begin
The Communardo Metadata plugin and the iQUAMS Metadata Extensions must be installed on your Confluence instance.
Since the iQuams Metadata Extensions require the Communardo Metadata App for the installation to complete, the necessary order of installation is:
Communardo Metadata for Confluence
iQUAMS Metadata Extensions
Additionally, you should install the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence to benefit from all the available analysis functions.
First step
When first installing the plugin, you must execute the integrated Import. This will install all required Metadata globally.
Recommended steps
TBGBU (task-related assessments) template Space
create templates for task-related assessments and measures (eg. S.T.O.P)
Display the organization’s structure
Copy the task-related assessments via the “TBGBU aus Vorlage” Macro
Create personnel files and connect applicable task-related assessments via the Metadata field
You don’t have to follow these steps. You can forego the implementation of the various organizational levels and work only in one space, but you’ll lack flexibility and automatisms in this case.
